Trail Blazer It’s not an obstacle course and you won’t be suspended in mid air...at least not for long!  But, what it is can help develop lasting impressions in the areas of unity and leadership for your group.  As you journey through Trail Blazer, let your hearts and minds be open to new ways of accomplishing goals. Element Excursion Interested in an extreme hike?  Make sure you can handle the elements first.  As you trek through the woods, you’ll get to stop and rest, but not without a challenge!   At each marker, your group will have the opportunity to sharpen teamwork skills in a very unconventional way as the Waukaway Staff leads you on the ultimate Element Excursion.   Three Ring Circus This unique activity will engage participants in a variety of methods that foster group insight, cohesion, and effective action.  Group initiatives will inspire, revitalize, and rejuvenate every guests leadership approach.  A valuable experience for everyone wanting to strengthen skills in leadership, facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution.
